Your Virtual Consultation
A virtual consultation can take place from the comfort of your own home. This initial introduction will give Dr. Leber a cursory understanding of your aesthetic goals, concerns, and procedural needs. We will ask you to provide pictures of your area(s) of concern and give you instructions on how these photos should be taken, typically from front-view and side-view angles.
Before Your Treatment
Once you arrive for your first in-office consultation, you have the option of scheduling your cosmetic surgery procedure at the same time, or on a following visit. Some patients wish to undergo treatment at the time of consultation, while others prefer to wait a brief period before their surgery. You will be in touch with our office throughout the entire process and these details will be discussed ahead of time.
Post-Surgery Recovery Time and After-Care
Prior to your arrival, Dr. Leber will inform you on how long you should expect to stay in town, as well as the length of time necessary to take off work, according to the details of your surgical plan. He will also let you know when you can expect to return to normal daily activities.
For many patients, post-surgery care under the observation of our professional medical team is necessary. This may take place in our After-Care Center, where you will be made comfortable until you can be safely discharged. In other cases, patients can be left to recover from the comfort of their relaxing hotel accomodations. Rest assured that Dr. Leber will thoroughly break down the details of your unique treatment plan.
Access to a Medical Professional At Home
After you return home, it may be important for you to have access to a local medical professional during your recovery period. If necessary, Dr. Leber will contact your regular doctor, or a healthcare facility close to your home, to allow a smoother healing process and give you the peace of mind of maintaining professional care away from our office.
